50th Anniversary Gutter Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Citadel Seamless Guttering Systems, serving Canton, Illinois.

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Canton, Illinois, aged 18 years or older, who own a residential property within city limits. Employees of Citadel Seamless Guttering Systems and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted through June 20th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. All entries must be received by 7:00 PM CST on the end date.

4. How to Enter
Enter by completing the official entry form at 50th-anniversary. Participants must agree to receive marketing communications via email and/or SMS from Citadel Seamless Guttering Systems. One entry per person; duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a free seamless gutter system, including:

• Up to 200 linear feet of 5” aluminum seamless gutters and downspouts
• The Alu-Rex DoublePro gutter guard system
• Tear-off and disposal of existing gutters.
• Color selection from Citadel’s approved options: citadelgutters.com/gutters-colors-canton

Approximate retail value: $5,500

Exclusions:

• Copper gutters or any material other than aluminum
• Properties requiring ladders over 32 feet in height
• Repairs to fascia, soffit, or structures not directly related to gutter installation
• 6” gutters, additional downspouts, or work beyond 200’ of guttering system (available at winner’s expense if desired)
• Commercial or multi-family buildings exceeding scope

Prize must be redeemed and installed by December 1, 2025, weather permitting. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected live by random drawing on June 20th, 2025 at 7:15 pm CST at the Canton Cruise-In. Winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 5 business days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Citadel Seamless Guttering Systems permission to use their name, city, likeness, and project photos in marketing materials, social media, and other promotional channels without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions
Citadel reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway if any issue arises that affects its integrity or fairness. All decisions by Citadel are final.

9. Privacy & Communications
By entering, participants consent to receive marketing emails and/or text messages from Citadel Seamless Guttering Systems. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties and will be used only for giveaway administration and promotional outreach.

10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release Citadel Seamless Guttering Systems and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
